Why does this transpire?

Ok I'm 13 and sometimes when I wake up surrounded by the morning, and get out of bed and hike around, my vision get kinda black and it hurts my head. It's not approaching a blind black, but like when you don't fully close your eyes and you narrowly see things. Is this regular and ok?Why does this transpire?
That's called orthostatic hypotension it happen when you get up to nifty or arise from remaining seated are laying down for a long time of year of time. Your blood pressure drops when you lay or sit down and sometimes the body takes a touch longer to get the blood pumping backbone to normal when you assume a standing position.
Sometimes, orthostatic hypotension can be cause by something more serious like diabetes, anemia, and Addison's disease, but most of the time it's safe except there is a fortune you may faint.
hey i be wondering the same point. I'll have to check l8ter to see what you get for answers =] maybe it's result in we should get up slower or something to administer our eyes a chance to adjust.
You should grasp an eye test done to see if you call for glasses, if you have need of them, its better to have them as your eye verbs could get worse if u dont wear them when you requirement them
