Why does my d¨¦colletage crackle when I turn it?

I'm only 40 yrs hoary, but for the last few years I notice my neck really make a lot of crackling noise when I turn or rotate my head. What cause this? Should I be concerned or is this normal?Why does my d¨|colletage crackle when I turn it?
Oh may be some calcium not as much as ,please visit your doctor and do blood and electrolytes checkups.

happen to me im 16 guess when your stiff
well my grandma is close to that she had to move about to doctor but it wasnt anythin very bleak she had to filch medical but it would be ok
