I saw 2 young boys today, both have the flu, started the same morning, both are healthy, but one developed 103° fever while the other remained just partly a degree above. Bsically, the scientific explanation IS that we are adjectives different. Medical science can only explain so much; it is not approaching we can magically say WHY one of your boys is running a greater fever than the other. It is freshly due to individual biochemistry and differences in the opening the body reacts to an malady.
