Why do they market prescription drugs online next to no prescription?

Why are there websites that will put up for sale any prescrption drug like valium, oxy-contin, etc beside no prescription? shouldnt this be outlawed?Why do they market prescription drugs online next to no prescription?
it is easy and nontoxic if you buy real generics from a genuine overseas pharmacy and because they are overseas they do not require a prescription. I have use the site below which is a pharmacy surrounded by England.

with adjectives of that said ! BE CAREFUL --- if it is a controlled substance (narcotic) it is most probably fake, NO pharmacy anywhere will supply true narcotics without a doctor (oxy-contin for example).
they're probably fiddle, or expired pills.

they are iffy in some states some states in attendance not,.you have to hold an adult signature when they are deliver.
Because it's probabably legal to do it within whatever country they are selling from. These type of sites are usually a bit dodgy. I'd stick to american, canadian or european base online pharmacies.
