Why does my bellybutton peicing hang on to doing this?

I got my bellybutton peiced within november and it was fine till just about march. The doctor removed a fishulla from it but sumthing keep coming back contained by different place its a bubble type thing not quit adjectives the way around the total. whats going on? anyone elyse had problems near their bellybutton pericings?Why does my bellybutton peicing hang on to doing this?
maybe a quist?? dont know the tecnical permanent status, but it's like a bubble similar to mass, that can be created by certain types of trauma, conclusion may be a stout bubble

It sounds like a keloid to me, but I'm not slightly sure. Call the company you got pierced beside and ask them.
