Why does my urine enjoy such a strong smell?

Lately, my urine has a intensely strong smell, whether it's from food I eat or regular urine odor. What's the dealio?Why does my urine enjoy such a strong smell?

Sounds similar to you need to drink more dampen! Try upping your water intake for a few days and see if it help! Good luck!

You are not drinking satisfactory water. If your urine is wan or smells then you are parched. Make sure you are getting 8 - 8oz glasses a daytime.
Either it is too concentrated from not drinking enough wet, or you are eating a food approaching asparagus which causes a principally bad odor surrounded by the urine.

If it's not clear, but looks more like a sunset, you of late aren't drinking enough sea. Otherwise, a lot of veggies similar to broccoli and frozen peas will be the cause.Take supervision, hon! :)
it could be from lack of bathing, food consumed, not plenty h2o, vitamins...

Also, asap, eat fresh fruits approaching pineapples, nectars, watermelons, and juices resembling cranberry juice.
Are you drinking lots of coffee or soda? The strong smell can be cause by many things-inc. an infection. However, the above mentioned sugg. and if this prob still persist, go see your Dr.
