Why do we cry through unhappiness?

I understand the necessitate for tears for pysical reasons eg protecting eye, clearing ruins etc.
But crying is a physical reaction to an mood and i dont understand the common senseWhy do we cry through unhappiness?
I'll be checking back hoping someone furnish an answer. This is a great question.
Maybe it is merely a reaction to pain- any sort of discomfort - most physical pain make your eyes water to some degree- also babies cry if they are surrounded by pain or discomfort
Maybe the body cant distinguish between emotional/mental torment and physical pain and creates a similar response?
Just some philosophy.
.
that is a markedly good ask. i have no impression why we do that
Its just the track God made us
Its one of our emotions to physical reaction. in ourselves.
to carry all our emotion out
how much do you feel better after a biddable cry!!
I've read that crying is stimulated in stressful situations contained by order to remove excess hormones that hold been produced by your brain signalling your endocrine system - see for example this contact:
Gods thing. He made us express our inner health
idk any other reson but tears do mean it.
mbe it's to show other relations that we're sad? xx
