Why do peoples foot stink ??

My wifes smell terrible ,,adjectives the time ! And she bathes every hours of darkness ..Maybe she's too clean.Why do peoples foot stink ??
Dampness contained by the shoes causing a growth of microbes. Also leather shoes (even sandals) can cause this because the portion of the foot that the leather covers cannot breathe. Have her soak her feet within a bath of hose down and vinegar, apple cider I think. The sour can kill the germs or fungus.
