Why do we hold a small hole contained by the lower eyelid of our eye?

just look really close within a mirror and pull your lower eyelid out somewhat, then look inward, and you'll see a small hole . is it needed? what's the use for it? and is it common? Why do we hold a small hole contained by the lower eyelid of our eye?
Definitely needed, hun. It's the opening to your split duct. You think your eyes burn after reading or using the computer for long period of time? Blinking would be down right agony with out that little "hole" releasing tears to the eyeball every time you blink. Yes, it is enormously normal, newly like the pores on your skin release moisture to give support to the body cool down when it gets too hot.
It's your slash duct...where the tears come from.
