Why does my urine turn bright washed out when I drink a Monster force drink?
It's mainly from the B vitamins surrounded by your drink.
It may be due to an excess of vitamin B-12. The body will get rid of excess B-12 through urine.
When you're drinking plenty water your pee is pretty clear, and when you're not it's a sickly colour. This is because water is impartial and it's clear, and that energy drink is probably a really bright colour and you probably haven't be drinking enough hose down.
