Sounds as if you may be have anxiety attacks, BUT you should see your Doc too be sure that there is zilch else going on that you need to address. Anxiety attacks can be/feel totally scary I know, and the best point you can do is to address them. Some people use medication, some Therapy, and some use a combo of both. I would strongly suggest that you desire some medical treatment, there is no pretext for you to suffer with this unnecessarily. Often race are embarrassed just about this, and don't get the treatment that they entail, don't do that to yourself. Anxiety problems are real, but near are ways to control them.
