Why do my eyes grasp so puffy??

I know everyone's eyes get puffy when they cry; I'm not that stupid. But everytime I cry, my eyes bring back so puffy they are nearly sealed shut. It can appropriate days for them to look normal again, too. I know this isn't run of the mill. What causes it and how can I fix it?Why do my eyes grasp so puffy??
Has this other happened? I mull over that you should see a Dr. about this...If this is something that hasn't happen all your energy...I wonder if maybe you hold clogged tear ducts or something approaching that!
