Why do men not embezzle vigilance of their vigour?

They have to take sick enough to turn to hospital to take exactness of theirselves.Why do men not embezzle vigilance of their vigour?
Because they don't know how to listen sometimes. I know many men who own died because they don't want to eat the right foods after the doctor told them to. They don't want to embezzle there meds properly or they try to wander out of the hospital. Who knows why men are similar to that... but we love them. *sigh*

Thats a broad stereotype, however, men are strong willed and commonly feel invincible. Why? I focus that's unexplainable.
