Why do i preserve on getting trunk bleeds?

I keep on getting snout bleeds. Use to get them more habitually when i was younger, i have the capilaries burnt beside acid and removed. Could it be because of winter and the dryness contained by the air?Why do i preserve on getting trunk bleeds?
Yeah, I'm guessing it's the weather. My son and boyfriend hold been getting them lately, my boyfriend say he gets them because of the heat change and the dryness contained by the air.
Yes, dry nouns can cause trunk bleeds.
