Why do i own headache when i wake up up within the morning?

sometimes i have hockey games tardy at night and the subsequent morning when i wake up, i enjoy headaches. it individual happens after my hockey games. what could be cause this?Why do i own headache when i wake up up within the morning?
-not enough sleep
-sleeping next to your hair raining
-stress
-too much excitement
It could be because of the noises within the hockey game. I too rouse up with headache after hearing loud music back bed etc.
Stress can cause you to grind your teeth at dark (I do it all the time) you will own a headache when you get up due to chin pain.
