Why do i other catch a severe cold an a frenzy every once a week?

Hi,
I been suffering from this sickness since i be a 3rd yr H.S. student, every other week i get a severe cold that make my body so weak that it make me wanna sleep, my eyes also do hurt, as if its burning, my body temp is also hot and i sneeze alot when this happends... it takes me a together day to get better... why is this happening to me? Btw, i do give somebody a lift my vitamins everyday,Why do i other catch a severe cold an a frenzy every once a week?

i think u r suffering from allegric cold.

away from dust and don't drink cold or chill water.

Allergies sometimes mimic colds. Do you have any allergies? Are you allergic to any foods? What are you intake every other week that could trigger an allergic reaction? Do you come within contact with any animals every other week that you might do this? Have you talk to a doctor about this?
