Why do I draw from dizzy after going within the the deep?

I love going to the beach and I find that this happen to me a lot- I will go within the ocean and next when I get out to lay down and dry bad, everything starts spinning. It goes away after nearly 5 minutes, but why does this happen?Why do I draw from dizzy after going within the the deep?
Sounds resembling vertigo caused my motion sickness.. does this accure merely when you go into the the deep? what about on a boat?
